Compare Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise, and learn how to upgrade.
Personæ offers four plans: Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise. Each plan sets limits on how many seats (people), workspaces, and personas your organization can have, plus a monthly allowance of AI credits — the usage budget that powers interview conversations and AI-generated content.
What differs between plans
- Seats — how many people can be members of your organization.
- Workspaces — how many workspaces you can create to organize your work.
- Personas — how many personas your organization can have at once.
- AI credits — a monthly allowance that's consumed as you chat with personas in interviews and generate content with AI. Your plan determines how many credits you get each period.
Higher plans raise every one of these limits. Enterprise is built for organizations that need custom limits, dedicated support, or additional controls — reach out to us if that sounds like you.
See exactly what you're using
Once you've picked a plan, head to Usage & limits to see live gauges of your seats, workspaces, personas, and credits for the current period.
How to upgrade
Open the Plans page
Go to Settings → Plans. You'll see your current plan highlighted alongside the others.
Pick a plan
Choose the plan that fits your team, then continue.
Complete secure checkout
You'll be taken to a secure checkout screen handled by our payment provider, where you enter your payment details. Once checkout completes, your organization's limits update immediately.
Downgrading works the same way, from the same Plans page. If your organization is currently using more seats, workspaces, or personas than the lower plan allows, you may need to free up room first — see Usage & limits.
