Once an interview has some conversation in it, you can turn it into an insight.
Open the interview
Go to the interview's detail page.
Select "Analyze"
Personæ reads through the conversation and generates an insight — a structured summary of the findings, organized around what was actually discussed.
Review the insight
You're taken to the insight's detail page, where you can read the findings, export them, or share them.
Two kinds of insight
A regular interview produces a single-persona insight. An A/B interview — one that ran two personas side by side — produces a comparison insight instead.
