Revoking a link
Turn off a share link at any time — it stops working immediately.
Changed your mind about a shared persona or insight? You can revoke its link at any time, from the same place you created it.
Open the share dialog again
Go to the persona's or insight's detail page and open the Share dialog.
Turn sharing off
Turn off public sharing (or choose Revoke link, depending on how it's worded). The change is immediate.
Once revoked, the link stops working right away — anyone who still has it lands on a page that simply says the content isn't available.
What visitors see for any broken link
If a link is invalid, revoked, expired, or the item behind it was deleted, visitors always see the same generic "this content isn't available" page. There's no way for them to tell which of those happened — that's intentional, so a revoked or deleted item never leaks information to an outside visitor.
Sharing again gives you a new link
If you turn sharing back on later, you'll get a fresh link — the old, revoked one never starts working again.
