Download a memory as a PDF — useful for sharing a piece of customer knowledge outside Personæ or keeping an offline copy.

If the memory was created by uploading a document, you can download that original source file at any time, in addition to its AI-generated summary.

Delete a memory

Deleting a memory removes it from its persona. If you change your mind, you can recover it from Trash.
