Create your organization
Set up the shared workspace your whole team will use.
Your organization is the shared home for your team in Personæ: everyone you invite sees the same personas, interviews, memories, and insights (organized further into workspaces and projects if you like).
Sign up
Create your account with an email address and password, or continue with a supported single sign-on provider. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your address.
Name your organization
Give your organization a name (usually your company name) and, optionally, upload a logo. You can also paste your company website's URL and let Personæ pre-fill your organization's identity for you.
Continue to your first persona
Once your organization is created, you're taken straight into building your first persona — see Your first persona.
One organization, many people
Every plan includes a limited number of seats, workspaces, and personas. You can see how much of your plan you're using — and invite teammates — from Settings → Organization. Learn more in Organization & Members.
Joining an existing organization instead
If a teammate already invited you to their organization before you signed up, Personæ detects the pending invitation tied to your email address and offers a choice as soon as you land in the app: join their organization, or create your own. Choosing "join" adds you to their organization immediately — no new organization is created.
